help with "footer-ish" problem

I say “footer-ish” because it’s not really a footer. It’s just an image that needs to go at the bottom of a div. Please help me figure out what I’m doing wrong?

The gold squiggle in the middle of the page is also attached to the audience silhouette. I have this image in a div in the left column of the table; it must stay in the left column due to the way the CMS functions.

Any help is greatly appreciated! I’ve about torn my hair out trying to figure this stupid thing out! Dx
