I need some help coding. For the life of me I can’t figure this out, and have only been able to find scripts that use time as a writing parameter.

How do I code:
If Feb 1 write this blah blah.
Else write this other thing.

I don’t care about the year or time. Just the month and day. This should be easy but apparently I’m a javascript dummy, please help.
