[RESOLVED] Fireworks JavaScript to Dreamweaver CS3

Hi,
I am trying to take a Fireworks Pop Up image and place it in Dreamweaver. I can preview it prefectly in the Preview in Browser, but once I upload it to our website it will not display correctly. Can anyone help with this?

Or, is there a better way to have the mouse over navigation on images?
