new and confused

I am new to the web designing especially web forms

I use frontpage at the moment and am trying to get the Enquiry form to work

do you need my code ? i’m really in need for assistance please

@cukoauthorJan 24.2009 — just on addition i have also put it up on the server where the website is located now i get a http unknown error.. what am i doing wrong?

here is the code if it assist?? tried says my post is too long :eek: everything i touch turns to crap at moment:rolleyes:
