java, LINK problems…

help,

how can i have a link like the one i do in html:
<a href=”http://www.yahoo.com” target=”_blank”> </a>

the TARGET=”_BLANK” , i dont know how to do it on java..

coz i hav a java navbar, then i wana do this in all of this links…
