[RESOLVED] Vertical Input Boxes

Hi all!

I was wondering if anyone know how to create a vertical input boxes. I have attached an image to show you what I am trying to do.

Also, is it posible to create these vertical input boxes WITHOUT using a table? I was thinking of creating these veritcal input boxes using DIV and CSS.
