Looking for a CRM (Repair shop)

Hello all,

I’m looking for a piece of software (I guess, CRM type), it doesn’t matter if its web based or windows application type…

The reason for the software is for a small sized computer repair / sales shop.

Basically, some of the requirements (but not necessary):

1) Ability to book in repairs
2) Invoice customers (print)
3) When invoicing ability to add labour / part charges…
4) Not necessary (but an inbuilt schedule, would be nice..)
5) Possibly bar code support
6) Reporting

I have been using CiteCRM which is perfect for my needs, just limited on a few features and maybe there is a system which is already developed (open source or not)

@FrostItJul 25.2022 — Are you certain you don't also need a ticketing system in addition to your CRM? Most helpdesk software will have CRM functionality in addition to a tonne of other helpful features for a repair shop (I believe FreshDesk and RepairShopr may have free versions that would work for your needs) (ticketing, etc.). I understand that you don't like self-hosted software, but the last time I played around with osTicket, I don't recall it being particularly challenging to set up and run locally.

Oh, how I wish our help desk software was only $10 per month, or even $10 per agent.
