NEED HELP FAST!! menu works fine local but does not dropdown on server "null" error

I have a menu through mootools for a client and it works great and perfect locally but ones uploaded to the server it doesn’t drop down anymore. I have tried direct links. uploading with a different program, pretty much everything i can think of and still nothing. firefox and ie say that there is a null value but not knowing javascript very well I can’t figure it out.
