Disabling right click options

Hi All,
How to disable options in right click?
For example am having a web page if I right click its shows some options like “Refresh,View Source,Print etc……”.
In this I want to remove some of them and want to add some customized options. Is it possible? if so please help me.

@FangJan 07.2009 — #It is bad practice to alter the way a browser functions, you are more likely to confuse or irritate the user.

If you google you will find 100's of scripts on the subject.
