Custom Youtube Search Box

Ok, I wasn’t sure which section to post this in. I thought about “Media” or “Video” but other then the fact that it has to do with youtube it really isn’t about video.

I would like to create a custom youtube search box that will only search for youtube videos that are closed captioned (I’m deaf and I’m working on a site on closed captioning Internet video).

To better explain. If you put the below URL in your browser:

[CODE]http://www.youtube.com/results?closed_captions=1&search_query=SEARCH TERM HERE[/CODE]

(Replace the SEARCH TERM HERE with the search term)

The search results page will only contain youtube videos that have closed captioning.

Is there a way to do this?

I eventually hope to have this in a widget/gadget that will list and play the videos on the same page. But just getting the search box to work would be a good start.
