Wrapper Background Problem

Edit: I think ive fixed it, except for this page, which doesnt seem to want to be fixed:

[code]Right well I have a website that I want the body of the site to be Green and the HTML to be black.

The body is 800px wide and centered using margin 0 auto.

However the background colour ends before the page content does:

e.g. [url]http://www.rstracking.com/stats.php[/url]

CSS link: [url]http://www.rstracking.com/style.css[/url]

Any idea how I could fix this? I tried using a wrapper, but that didn’t work either.

I can make it look ok by adding this to the body css height:1700px; but there must be a better way?
