[RESOLVED] CSS Layout Equivalent

Hi Everybody,

So I inherited a website that I am rebuilding:

It is basically built on frames which you can see here:

I guess the purpose was so if let’s say you have 20 items..they can all show in that middle frame with a scroll so they are basically all on one page.

Now as I rebuild I wanted to do CSS instead. I found this Stu Nicholls example:

I think this is the best equivalent to what I want but if anybody has suggestions to something better then I am open. ?

I want to keep a fixed width with the text fixed as well….nothing liquid or moving. Makes me dizzy. ?
