jQuery slideToggle referencing

I have a problem trying to get slideToggle working within a list.

I need it so that when you click on any link with the class of ‘open’ it shows the div called ‘downloadInfo’ within that list item and hides any that have been previously opened – like an accordion.

I have tried but I can’t seem to get it to work properly as the download link needs to just be a download link rather than show/hide.
