Javascript Comment form?

Don’t really want to go through the hassle of going through MySQL – so I was wondering if I could create a very simple Javascript comment form for my html web page?

Just want:

Name:
Comment:

Submit

and have the comments appear below.

Can this be done through javascript?

@Declan1991Nov 08.2008 — You don't necessarily need a database (a plain old text file will do), but you most certainly use a server-side language, so no JavaScript.
