That DIV is overlapping and on top of those links, making them unclickable. Try getting rid of those <br>'s at the beginning of that DIV's content, then change the "top:100px" in the style attribute to a larger value.
PS: While you're at it, you might as well look at the mark-up errors:

PHP Mozilla Link Compatibility Problem
I’ve had trouble with this for over a week and am so frustrated! Please forgive me, as I have not been in web design for over two years and I know I’m working with old programs and new standards, etc.

This is old code and I may just have to redo the complete website over again from scratch. I created the main pink content area in Dreamweaver MX 2004 and didn’t use anything fancy..only slices and links should be working for the slices. The links work fine in IE7. Mozilla works for two links but not the center (gemstones.php) page. My contact page is in HTML and works fine in both browsers. This is only a problem on the PHP pages. I also tried contacting godaddy (my host) thinking this might be a server problem or PHP restriction and they were not able to help at all. I’ve redone this so many times that I can’t see straight and tried using image maps and tried using slices. Can anyone help me or does anyone have any ideas? Thanks so much!
