Need advice on creating updateable calendars, lists and forms on site

Hi guys,

Bit of a shot in the dark with this one, but basically I’m looking to intergrate into my site several crucial features.

One of which is a clean, easily administrated calendar
The other is that I need something which would allow me to create a form, that can be viewed on the site, but updated and added to by authorised users.

So it might be for example, a list of people, and phone numbers.

John 045893045
Dave 03453453

etc, and via a login, you could add and ammend the details.

Any suggestions as to where I should start looking for stuff like this? I don’t have a clue.
