Uploaded Css files are not visible in Apple MAC System and IE latest Versions

We Uploaded the External Css file in Server, Im Using IE 6 in that All Css files are viewable. But my colleague using Apple MAC He can’t viewable Uploaded CSS. Like that I other Colleague is using IE 8 He also facing Same Problem, and in IE 7 also this Problem Occured. What to do Iam in Confussion. Give me Solution.

@FangOct 13.2008 — If the browser cache is cleared all files will be fetched from the website's server.

If your ISP also has a cache then you will have to wait until they update the cache.

Changing the file names could help or setting the cache control
