Hello,
I am quite new to Javascript so anything I say after this please try to be gentle as it may sound like i have “the dumb”……..
I am trying to write something to insert code into a div tag recognised by id:
[FONT=”Courier New”]<head>
<script>
if (pageid != “”)
{[/FONT]
Find <div> or <a> by id and [FONT=”Courier New”]document.write(“<img src=”image.gif” />”);
}
</script>
</head>
<body>[/FONT]
html code…
[FONT=”Courier New”]<div id=”home”></div>
<div id=”about”></div>
<div id=”other”></div>[/FONT]
etc……..
[FONT=”Courier New”]</body>
</html>[/FONT]
Any help would be greatly appreciated and if you need anymore explanation please ask and i will provide……
