Re: navigational elements appear underlined in IE. I have set the following CSS to disable but it stil appears:

#navbar ul{
list-style-type:none;
margin:10px 0 0 0;
padding:0;
}

#navbar ul li{
display:inline;
text-decoration:none;}

your help is appreciated.
