Mouse Move and Click application help

Hello,

user has to do total 3 clicks one bye one i.e.-

-> 1st click, click append button
-> 2nd click, click append button
-> 3rd click, click append button

sothat it fills all three textboxes.

i need Circle, Triangle and Square genaration on clicks. When user will do 1st click, script will make a circle there. Same for rest 2 clicks.

Could anybody please help me in solving this problem for Url 1 ??
