Help to create a script.

I have been trying now for a while to make a new javascript for my website, but I dont know so much Javascript so it is without succes. So I´m wondering if anyone here can help me.

Right now on my site a have this script:

And it works just fine but I would like to make some changes.

Insted of the arrows that I use right now, check on this link to se how I mean: [url]http://www.spelkontroll.net/index.php[/url]

I would rather have it look like this: [url]http://www.spelkontroll.net/Bilder/Indexide.png[/url]

And when it changes the big picture and the text under, I would like so that the choosen thumb that belongs togheter with the text and big picture has a black border around it, as shown on the picture.

Does anyone know if this is possible and would someone maybe help me to create the script. Maybe a push in the right direction on code. As I said I have been trying for days and hours.
