Accessing the System Tray in Windows

[COLOR=seagreen]I forgot the name of the “[I]program[/I]” you type in the Windows [B]Run[/B] Program to access the system tray so you can deactivate some startup items.

Could anyone please remind me of what that is please?[/COLOR]
