include file from DYNAMIC source

I am using a script

which includes default tag info from config file

include(“config.php”);

I want to constantly changes my main page contents tag

so what i do is that I installed a url rotator n change the include like this

include(“rotor/menu.php”);

since menu includes all config files url stored on my server inside rotor dir

But it is given me this error

Any IDEA how to do this

right page [url]http://www.videopk.co.cc/index2.php[/url]
