PLZ HELP to decide html or flash template

i m charan working as designer /animator & learn dreamweaver 10 exp. in this line & now i m going to make a web for my own business i like to make web for selling

greeting flash based & corporate presentation & full graphic solutions will be there so i m confused to use html or flash

question plz suggest me
1. i have to change data every time
2. i i use flash based web so how i will make form like contact me form whom give me detail of a client.

    will it load ok

    i have to use index.swf file for upload web.

    as u know my product is greeting & presentation it demand flashy so plz suggeest me what to do.
