Frame displays incorrectly

I have a situation where the site I designed has 3 frames (ugh… I know frames :rolleyes? long and narrow on the top and left side and the remaining frame is the “main” frame. The left side is supposed to be for the links and sponsors. The site displays fine in Firefox, but when it comes up in Internet Explorer instead of appearing in a “list” type order, it displays it very odd. It also does the same thing on the photo page of the site? Can someone tell me what I’ve done wrong – other than used frames?

Here is a temporary link to the site: messed up site!

@eCatSep 03.2008 — Since you're already sinning with the use of frames - ? - why not just stick your nav into a table with a little row/cell for each nav element?
