[RESOLVED] Image filetype conversions

I’ve written a script to convert images into zoomify format to be used with their flash viewer. Unfortunately, their viewer only works with JPEGs. So I need to convert other file types to JPG. I didn’t think this would be much of a problem (converting images isn’t too hard, right…?). Here’s how I create image resources from other types and save them as JPEGs:
if($fileType == “.gif”)
$img=imagecreatefromgif($imageURL . $fileType);
else if($fileType == “.png”)
$img=imagecreatefrompng($imageURL . $fileType);
$outputLocation=$imageURL . “.jpg”;
imagejpeg($img,$outputLocation,100);
The code snipped above saves the images as JPEGs without error. For some reason though, the viewer still doesn’t like them. I think it has something to do with the formatting. Is there another way of converting images to the JPEG format?
