IE does not display graphic, FF and Safari do

I have a graphic I want displayed in the top right hand side of a page, so I used Absolute positioning. FF and Safari display it just as I want, but IE does not show it. I have read other posts and solutions to this, but don’t see any common reason or fix. Being new at this, I really need help with this. Use FF or Safari to see the yellow graphic that IE will not display.

also define the size of image in this line same as following:
<img src="images/TeeVaxDemoSched.gif" border="0" width="222" height="156" class="TeeVaxPromoGraphic" alt="TeeVax Demo Schedule">
also you need to make some changes in header section, it doesn't show properly in ie 6

@GolferGuyauthorAug 19.2008 — I'm using the .gif image now, and it displays like I want, but sure don't have any idea why a .gif image would show but a .png image does not. Any explanation?

The header is included for every page, and displays correctly for most, but on some that background color does not go all the way to the right. Do you know how to fix that?

@CoyotelabAug 19.2008 — ie 6 is not friendly with png 24 do some google serach for this topic ie6 and png issue you will learn alot why.

look in to #topmessage { in your style sheet you might wanna use display:inline; to fix the double margin issue for ie 6.
