Dynamic resizing template issue.

Hi all. I’ve written this simple XHTML template using HTML, CSS and JavaScript.

The layout consists of a centered column, with header and a footer that always sits at the bottom of the browser window.

The content area, between the header and footer contains a vertical scrollbar if the content is larger than the content area.

I’m using jQuery to resize the content area on the ready and size events.

All works well with Firefox and IE7, but the template gives me about a 10px border at the bottom of the page.

Can anyone help, I’ve uploaded the ZIP containing the site.

Constructive criticism on everything else is welcome!!!
