Scrollable Content II with "jump" links

I have a page that I want to link to a specific area on the secondary page with jump links to the specific content. The content on the secondary page is housed in the Scrollable Content II script.

Help ?

See “More” under Threats as well as “More” under Solutions. Note Threats is only working because that content is at the top of the page (so it is not really working).
