handling nine radio buttons depending on others

Hi all
I have developed one form an in that form i have given 9 radio buttons 3 in each line like.

1 2 3
4 5 6
7 8 9
Now when i select the radio button 1 then i am free to choose any from second row as well as from third row and if i choose 1 from second row then button from first row will be changed according to the value for row third button and it applies for all the rows
how can i do this?
anyone suggest me the way?

What are the requirements for the row changes?


Which buttons affect which rows?

Can you give an example of what the button choices represent?
