Flash load problem and accordion js error

The flash animation on my page does not fully load in IE6…It fades in but then stops instead of proceeding for the rest of the animation. It seems to load fine in IE7, Firefox, Safarai…

Also, I am occasionally getting errors on the accordion on the page in IE6 and 7. The accordion used is prototype.js based. If you refresh the page, then it seems to work.
