I’ve got what should be a rather simple layout – http://www.pixf.com/test.html but can’t seem to get over the centering issue. Essentially the background image is 1296px wide, but as the browser resizes the picture frame is the main point of interest and should remain centered on the page. The red box is a div where I’ll be putting a flash slideshow, and it should remain inside the picture frame. As you can see, if the browser is wider than 1296, this works well, but as the browser shrinks below that, the red box does not remain centered in the window – it assumes it is centered on 1296 still.
All the CSS is inline, it’s a pretty small file, and any help is appreciated!
@Major_PayneJul 25.2008 — #Nicely done! Just need a title element now and might want to add the title="Mouseover Description" to your link tag(s). Meta tags may help for description of page and keywords with some search engines.
@Major_PayneJul 25.2008 — #Knew it was, but I sometimes get so involved in something I forget to add the "small" details and just wanted to let you know. Good luck on project.
