Load "title" from Wikipedia lookup?

I’d like to be able to hover over a piece of text on my web page, and when I hovered over a particular word, the tool tip displayed would be the content from a Wikipedia lookup (well, say the first paragraph). So I’m imagining some sort of query that happens at the time the page is loaded, over to Wikipedia, which then fills out the “title” attributes of these various hot spots.

Hopefully I’ve been clear enough. Anyone know of a tool to do this?
