another regexp puzzle…

This one seems to be escaping me. How can I match the first tag, but not the second tag?

<foo src=”http://www.domain.com/“>
<foo src=”http://www.domain.com/” />

<(w+[w]*)([^>]*)> is what I’m using currently.
