Ho to put or escape the html tag

i want to skip the html tag,

When it is not closed properly,

For that any idea,

example

here some tag areopen but some tags are not closed, for that how skip,,,,

@FrankTheTankJul 08.2008 — How is your script supposed to know where to put the closing tags? You're a lot better off editing the HTML you already have and fixing the tags.

Perhaps you could explain your scenario a bit more thoroughly?
