Meta Keyword Generator

Hello you PHP Community! I am looking to make an automatic meta keyword generator based on an array of phrases. It is more my site that is under construction, PHPMine. Go to the “Q and A” section and you’ll see a series of questions there, five in total. right now the system simply grabs all the words there, filters though common words, and then spits out the words as keywords. I would like some advice on how to set it up in this way:
•

puts all the words in an array and counts their frequency

  •

creates an array of two words phrases and counts their frequency

  •

does the same for 3 word phrases

  •

spits out the top 25 keywords from the array generated

  •
maybe someone has already cooked up this nasty script. thanks in advance guys!

    @rootJul 01.2008 — I don't mind if I do.

Would you like egg & fries with that?

Your post reads like spam which is why no one bothered to reply to you.

Maybe you should ask your question differently.

Calling a script nasty doesn't inspire anyone to assist either.

@rootJul 02.2008 — Lets face it, this thread has has over 150 views, you made this post as a first post, the style it is presented in and wording all suggest SPAM.

If you hang around the forum long enough, you will see why no one has attempted to assist you. And your choice of wording isn't inspiring people to help either.

You should note that theirs an almost daily occurrence of posts like these, so they often get ignored and end up sinking into the abyss of other spam and unresolved posts that basically demand stuff rather than asking for help.

@NogDogJul 03.2008 — @ .: It would probably be better if, when you suspect a post is spam, that you click the report post icon (the "!" in a triangle at the top right of each post) and let the moderators address it as they see fit, rather than starting a chain of posts like this (and potentially driving away a useful member if your opinion is, in fact, wrong).

@rootJul 03.2008 — Well a "Nasty" script is not a nice script is it? "Excuse Me!" as a reply over a further plea for assistance could have been better as it would have indicated that the post was genuine.

I was open and honest about it, if I feathered any ruffles, sorry but it was also lucky my Turrets didn't kick in or I could have been in REAL trouble. You have no idea how hard it is sometimes to resist. May be if the mods had acted earlier then we wouldn't be here now and lets face it, the post was up nearly a full 20 hours and no reply, plenty of time for a mod to investigate it.

Maybe this forum can do more to thwart SPAM but I fear that my request will be like previous suggestions, a flat no response.

AND It is not my intention to drive visitors away so don't imply it.

@NogDogJul 03.2008 — Sorry, phpmine, I tried. Apparently you are not allowed to use idiomatic expressions here that might possibly be construed as having negative connotations and thus automatically and obviously indicate that your post was somehow "spam". And whatever you do, don't you dare use sarcasm.

Anyway, if you're still reading this thread, see: http://www.charles-reace.com/blog/2008/07/02/most-used-words-in-file/
