Plugin to Scan incoming HTML??

Hello, I had a quick question. Is it possible to make a javascript plugin for internet explorer that would scan the incoming web pages HTML for certain chunk of code? My goal is for a pluggin that would scan the incoming HTML code, if the code had a match then it would block the web site.

I’m trying to block a web site by having the plugin identify a unique chunch of html code. Is this possible? Am I explaining it right? Thanks!!!
