Using CSS for menu?

Hi, this is my website at work currently: http://www.netzeye.com/index222.html. I want to add a side bar, and was wondering if I could make my menu in my css page (http://www.netzeye.com/CSS/style.css) so that everytime I add something to my menu, I wouldnt have to go through every single page to change it

Thanks.

@Declan1991Jun 25.2008 — No, you have to do that server-side. What is available on your server in the line of PHP, ASP or server-side includes?

SSI. This little bit of code makes a single external 'navigation' file appear upon how ever many pages you wish. Update the ONE external navigation file, and it propagates to every HTML page where referanced.
