How To A Get This Effect? Please Help

can any body point me to a tutorial or explain to me how this effect is done. When a person hovers over an image it zooms into the part of the image you are hoving over. here is an example. I noticed that it doesn’t work in firefox so you may need to open it in internet explorer

Look at my page here. Hover over the image on the homepage. It works in Firefox too!

I have a different image in the script, but you can simply insert a larger one and get the effect you are after.

In fact, this script allows you to put HTML into a tooltip! So it can be an image, links, anything you want in HTML.

Personally, I quite like this particular script.

Copy at will.

It's Ajax, and so will only work once it's uploaded to your server. That is, it won't work when you test it on your local machine. :-)

I got it from JavaScriptKit.com and it's called the Ajax Tooltip Script.

You can find it via my search engine, JavaScript Search. That's how I found it.

I think this is the script.

Ooops. Went back and checked your script again after I wrote all that and see that it does more than I originally thought. Sorry.

It's a bit gimmicky, but if you want it, you might try my search engine. I think it might be done in Flash, and not JavaScript.

It might be easier to just implement the script I gave you above and use that until you can go back and finesse the other script. It looks a bit tricky... unless you can find it ready-to-go, it would be a real pain to develop yourself if you are not a good script wizard.
