SHOW/HIDE tables

Hi all

from yesterday i stuck with the following problem ,

I have one table containing following fields

contains two columns and five rows . In this table i am showing different fields like user ID,user NAME,user ADDRESS ,user PHONE etc with two buttons cancel and save changes ( to add the information regarding the user into db).Now i want one more button “add another user” .When i click on this button without reloading the page the same table as i sated above should be display and i want maximum 10 tables should be display on the form in the same way .

Its really urgent.any help regarding this is great appreciation.
