Lightbox information please

I have just downloaded the latest version of Lightbox.
It’s great with images.
Can anyone please tell me if it is possible to code it to embed YouTube videos into them in the same way as images.
If so could you please tell me how to code them?

If not can someone please tell me if there is any software that will do this?
