[RESOLVED] Table Spanning Problem in IE but not FireFox

I am having a problem with my main title banner on my forum. Right now I have it set so that the banner will either STRETCH or SHRINK to fit for different screen sizes. Well this is working PERFECT in FireFox but NOT in IE.

You will notice how if you resize the window it will stretch and shrink the banner in firefox, but in IE it will only STRETCH the banner, not shrink it. I am using a 1140×900 screen size so if your using a smaller screen size you will probably only be able to see how IE just cuts the image off and creates a scroll bar, rather than just shrink the image like in Firefox…
