[RESOLVED] unwanted whitespace in the page layout

I have a couple of checkbox that start out with a visibility of “hidden”. The problem is that they are hidden but they are creating unwanted whitespace in the page layout

@CrazyMerlinJun 06.2008 — visibility is just that...the object exists on the page, therefore it has layout, but it simply is not visible.

if you do not want it to have layout, use style='display:none' (inline) or

.myClass{display:none} (stylesheet)

You want the display property.
