Question About Pics

I need a code that makes a picture appear when I’m on and another picture when I’m not could you help me? (Maybe it could be based on my IP)

I’m not sure if this needs to be in HTML or Javascript so sorry if its in the wrong place ?

PS – I don’t have PHP or anything just HTML or Javascript
