Yahoo Sitebuilder and Java

Before I ask a long specific question first- has anyone who knows Java ever used Yahoo Sitebuilder? I want to use java to control the size of new windows in my website. But in Sitebuilder they have these boxes labeled HTM before, HTML inside and HTML after.
