Website cross-browser compatibilty problems

This seems the best place to write this as it can involve several things.

Well, I’ve made many changes to my website recently and several problems have arisen in internet explorer (IE7) and firefox (2).

In firefox any plug-in will not work properly. Usually you can hear sound but not see plugins.

Example page – [url]http://www.godofgod.co.uk/videos/view_video.php?id=101[/url]

In internet explorer the divs wont fall into the correct place. Can’t IE interpret negative CSS values? You should easily see what I mean by visiting my website in IE.
