help with onmouese over dropdown menu

I want to show drop-down menu when people put mouse on “about us”,”new arrest”,”offenses”,”the process”,”glossary”,”resources”

I try to do it and get one:

But index13.htm is not I want.You can have a look wehn u put mouse on “about us”

All I need is:
When I put mouse on “about us”.”about us” changes its color and shows drop-down menu.And there will be onmouseout to restore the original “about us”.

Any help?I spend a lot of time but I couldn’t get any answer.
