Create Form in few pages

Hi Every one

I want to create very long form, so the best to make it in few pages (as steps) for eg.
[B]First page :[/B] Name, surname and cell
[B]Second page:[/B] Age, ….
Then the submit icon will be in 2nd page to submit the both pages to my email (as one email)

Is any one can help me with it ?

Some one told me to write the first pages data to a cookie??? And don’t know how to do it ???

@ray326May 07.2008 — You need to use a server side language and framework that supports user sessions. Then you can save the form information in session variables or objects.
