Lang_id button trick

[B]hallo, on my page i have 3 buttons GEO | RUS | ENG they switch language on my site.. and The URL of them looks like this:[/B]

[CODE]
<a href=”index.php?lang_id=geo”>GEO</a>

<a href=”index.php?lang_id=rus”>RUS</a>

<a href=”index.php?lang_id=eng”>ENG</a>

[/CODE]

so, they work fine and switch language of the site.

but i want to make it to do more!

something like this..

forexample, if i navigate to

[B]index.php?page=news&newsid=2&lang_id=geo[/B]

and then when i read this news.. i want to read it in english not in “geo”

so how can i setup the URL of ENG | GEO | RUS buttons?

if i am on i[B]index.php?page=news&newsid=2&lang_id=geo[/B]

and hit ENG button THE URL to be [B]index.php?page=news&newsid=2&lang_id=eng[/B]

instead of [B]index.php?lang_id=eng[/B]
