How do I create 1 graphics from 2 graphics?

can i create 1 graphic from 2 graphics?

specifically, i just want to put one on top of the other.

the first one is for example 200 x 200 pixels.
and the second one is 150 x 150.

i want to put the second one on top of the first and get a new graphic.

is this possible in php?
